Este trabajo analiza las preocupaciones que suscitan las entidades sistémicas desde un punto de vista macroprudencial, las repercusiones que su existencia tienen para los sistemas financieros, cómo identificarlas en la práctica y, finalmente, las diferentes opciones que existen para regularlas específicamente.
