Raymond Torres

Raymond Torres is Director for Macroeconomic and International Analysis at Funcas, Associated Professor of sustainable development at the Instituto de Empresa and columnist for El País. During the period from 2007 to 2016, he was in charge of the Research Department of the ILO. Before he had worked as economist at the Economic Department of the OECD and as Head of the employment division, where he was responsible for the Perspectivas de Empleo publication.
