Funcas’ fundamental task is research - rigorous research, but at the same time applied and committed to the proximate reality of society and the Spanish economy. From this perspective, Working Papers constitutes a publication analogous to the usual working papers published by all institutions -university or other- that carry out research tasks in a continuous and solvent way in all of the countries of the developed world. Following the usual norms in this type of publication, the research included in Working Documents is submitted to the control of anonymous evaluators of recognized professional prestige.
