He has 30 years of experience in financial consulting specialized in technology and the financial sector. He has advised government clients and companies on: privatizations, restructuring, strategic planning, financing, M&A and valuations. He has been director of N.M Rothschild & Sons (Madrid) and advisory member in the economic office of the Prime Minister during the financial crisis. He founded E3Partnership, an independent consulting company specialized in advising boards of directors, in 2012. Currently, he is an independent director of several companies. He has a Master in Public Policy strategic studies, at SAIS Johns Hopkins University in Washington D.C.
