Félix Lobo

Since 2016, Felix Lobo has been a Professor Emeritus of the University Carlos III of Madrid (Department of Economics), where he was a Professor of Applied Economics for 26 years. He jointly manages the master’s degree in Health Assessment and Market Access (Pharmaceutical-Economy). He has published nine books, articles in Spanish and international scientific journals, and educational articles in the press and other conventional and digital media. He spent ten years of his career in public service at the Spanish Health Ministry as Director General of Pharmacy and Health Products (1982-1988) and as President of the Spanish Food Safety and Nutrition Agency (2005-2008).
